Your voice matters – tell us what matters to you
Gloucestershire County Council are asking people with learning disabilities and autism in Gloucestershire what does and doesn’t work well for them so that can be taken in to account in services and support arranged locally.
There is also a survey for providers of specialist support.
The county council and NHS clinical commissioning group are running the survey and events are taking place across the county in the coming weeks to gather as many views as possible. The survey is aimed at people with a learning disability or autism and anyone who supports or provides services for them.
Inclusion Gloucestershire is helping by organising workshops to make sure the individual, carer and family voices are heard. It’s a charity run by people with disabilities for people with disabilities that specialises in making sure disabled people are included, listened to and have real opportunities.
If it's relevant to you, please get involved and share your experiences. Complete the survey online or join in an event.
The survey is open until 2 November 2018. The final findings report will be published on the link above by May 2019.
