Macular Society - Stroud and District Support Group

Description

We are the Stroud group of the Macular Society and our members have lost or are losing their central vision through Macular Disease.

We offer a supportive and caring atmosphere where people can discuss their sight problems and get the best advice on help available. We have interesting and relevant speakers, and visit visual aid resource centres, as well as enjoying days out, theatre visits (audio-described performances) and meals together. Members are all senior citizens and are a friendly, sociable group.
